We charge a flat rate of $ 11.00 (Inc GST) to most suburbs within Australia. An extra charge maybe added for areas that are on the outskirts of the main suburbs. Orders can be sent in parcels or boxes either by Australia post or courier whichever we feel is faster & more economical

Australia Post

Consideration should be given to the nominated delivery address for your parcel. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours 8:00am - 5:00pm. If no one is home at the time of delivery, the parcel will usually be returned to the local Aust Post or Courier outlet and a card left notifying the addressee of its location.

Delivery times depend on a parcel's place of origin & its destination. Please allow 6 working days for delivery (as this is what Australia Post quotes within Australia) however in many cases it may be a sooner.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can send orders anywhere in the world by air post. The freight charge is automatically calculated when you place your order. Prices for overseas orders are in Australian dollars and are exempted from tax. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and we would suggest that you access the Australia Post site at http://www.australiapost.com.au/ and click on the left hand side tool "international postage details". Please ensure you read the import restrictions, documentation and prohibitions relating to the country of destination.

Delays may occur in overseas shipments due to different carriers, postal services, regulations and systems of different countries or unforeseen natural circumstances. Phytofoods has no control over nor will it be responsible for any such delays or for loss or damage occasioned to the goods whilst it is in transit.

We would recommend to our international customers that they consider insuring the goods whilst in transit and would request that at the time of placement of the order you confirm if you wish to meet the extra cost associated with insuring the goods against damage whilst in transit.

The following conditions will not be eligible for any credits, refunds or returns: The products ordered were part of a promotion or special If claims for defective products are not made within 14 days after receipt of goods (AUSTRALIA ONLY) The products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order If there is a sudden change of price. Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to the dollar fluctuation exchange rates.
